Equipment is quoted to order. There is no online checkout or blanket shipping, return or warranty promise on this site.
Before you approve an order
Your written quote must identify the seller, exact items, condition, total price, applicable tax, shipping charge, destination and estimated dispatch. Availability and delivery dates must be confirmed before payment.
Returns
Ask for the return window, condition requirements, authorization procedure, restocking fees, shipping responsibility and any non-returnable or special-order items in writing before ordering. Submitting an enquiry does not accept purchase terms.
Warranty
Confirm the warranty provider, coverage period, exclusions and repair or replacement procedure for each item. Software subscriptions and processing services have separate terms.
